Shipping - Terms & Conditions - Returns

GoFastExplorers makes every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Our fabrication facility, and industry partners enable us to directly ship from the source, but may need to obtain parts from alternate locations and sources to complete orders.


All orders will be processed immediately. Most orders will be received within 7 business days. Some products are custom built to order. These products can have an additional lead time of up to 8 weeks before they are shipped. If your item is out of stock or is a custom order and will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone.  All fiberglass products typically have a 6-8 week lead time. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipment is scheduled.

By default, our site calculates USPS shipping rates. We reserve the right to ship with other carriers and you will be notified via email of any changes. We use FedEx and UPS services in addition to USPS, as well as various ltl carriers.


LTL (Truck) Freight

Flat rate and calculated shipping applies to all truck freight. We will provide you with a tracking number when the shipment leaves, please check in on the shipment at least once a day while it is transit. If you are having freight shipped to a residential address, you will need to make yourself available to the carrier. They need to call you to set up an appointment for the delivery. If you are not available to take the phone call, the shipment will incur storage fees, and/or return delivery fees. GoFastExplorers is not responsible for these fees, and any other return shipping fees that may be needed to get the shipment back to you.

You, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept or deny the shipment, and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as GoFastExplorers from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the you, the buyer.


Items sold by GofastExplorers may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, GofastExplorers is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, poor judgment, or acts of nature, etc. All products are intended for off-highway use, and should be used for their intended purposes only. GofastExplorers does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. GoFastExplorers is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.


Only the original buyer may request a return of products. Special orders are non refundable. Full (cash/card) refunds may be issued before an order is shipped (Subject to a 20% restocking fee). Returns may only be accepted for up to 7 business days from the delivery date. Parts that have been used, modified, drilled, painted, or installed are non refundable. All returned products must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are non refundable. If GoFastExplorers deems the parts to be damaged from mishandling or shipping, buyer must accept any incurred costs. Refunds will not be issued on products that are damaged during return shipping. Items defined as defective by GoFastExplorers may be exchanged for the same item only.
