91-94 Ford Explorer Long Travel Kit

The 91-94 Explorer Long-Travel Suspension Kit features 15 inches of front suspension travel controled by King coilover shocks. This kit soaks up the whoops, and delivers an amazing ride through the roughest terrain.

The kit includes Cut & Turned Dana 35 TTBs with uniball pivots, uniballs, stainless steel misalignment spacers and welded differential skid plate for superior durability. The uniball cups are 4130 chromoly, and FK uniballs and heims are used throughout the kit for superior strength and durability.

All factory stress point that are known to fail are welded up. The Cut & Turned beams allow for proper camber with increased the ride height. 

Also included is pair of 2.5x12 King Coil-over remote reservoir shocks, and a pair of 1 1/4″ Extended Radius Arms to bring back the correct caster. Everything is spec built for Explorers with considerations for weight, fitment, and other parameters.

The shock hoops come with pre-drilled alignment holes, allowing for easy and precise positioning before welding in the center cross brace. This allows for proper alignment. All other welding on the shock hoops in finished. They also are designed to be used with the factory brake booster.

Fiberglass fenders are not required. Does not increase track width.

*Radius arm pivot boxes need to be welded to frame due to boxed frame design
